In the middle of winter, I am struggling to add more greens and to brighten my palate and to give me a comforting dish that I can warm up and enjoy.  All of our dishes are mains and they have been reviewed by registered dieticians, we have more on our staff than chefs, and we are approved for athlete consumption.  This isn’t your mama’s plant based.  A well rounded protein source in addition to the benefits of turmeric and cumin and coupled with spinach and lemon really demonstrate our food is medicine. We are the real deal.
