Spice Bomb Shawarma

The only thing that keeps us alive during the winter is spice and if you love shawarma like we do than this is your dish. House made spice profile lovingly sprinkled over the potatoes, chickpeas and cauliflower and caramelized to perfection like only Vito and Vera can do.  This dish is layered with quinoa as your complete protein source, shredded lettuce, cucumbers and pickled red onions. The dressing is a tahini base added to lemon and acv for your fresh burst of acid on this dish. This complex flavor from our spice profile will knock your socks off. Chef tip: gently warm in the microwave to bring all the flavors together and give the lemon wedge a squeeze to amp up your acid.
