Superfood Breakfast Bar

I was on a personal journey looking for something I could eat that was nutrient dense and really cutting edge with the ingredients.  Combined in these bars are sprouted rolled oats, organic blueberries , bananas and walnuts.  These are perfect for travel or can be warmed and oat milk added to them for a warm treat in a bowl.
