Spanish Quinoa

Our house made tempeh chorizo is out of this world and if you’ve never had our version than you should definitely order this dish. We have used quinoa to make this dish gluten free to and to provide a complete protein source. Combined with herbs, artichokes, tomatoes this gives you the memory of paella but without the fish.  Artichokes are in and on top of this dish as they are packed with fiber, protein and phytochemicals. This is a warm dish so gently warm in the microwave or in a skillet with a bit of avocado or olive oil.
