What’s inside? 4 cups of a variety of greens handpicked from local farms. Today’s bowl features a combo of locally-grown collards, kale and mustard greens seasoned to perfection and served warm with quinoa and assorted black eye or field peas.
We always add an additional source of Vitamin C to our dishes. We know that this aids in plant-based iron absorption. Today’s bowl is topped off with a lemon squeeze to make sure the iron from our greens, legumes and quinoa gets into your body right away.
