Daily Greens Bowl

Our Daily Greens Bowl starts with 4 cups of greens and adds a 1/2 cup of quinoa and an assortment of beans. The greens are a mixture of locally-grown collards, mustard, and kale. These tender and nutritious greens are cooked without oil and present with a smoky forward finish to add southern flair.  This one freezes well and can be heated up quickly following a weekend of visiting the dark side.
