Vito’s Deconstructed Lasagna

This lasagna was inspired by my grandfather, who was totally meat-forward. This dish’s “meat” comes from Tofurky plant-based Italian sausage and house-made tofu sausage, which incorporates 25-30 grams of protein (!!!). We also feature Kite Hill’s plant-based ricotta, which adds a wholop of creamy and fatty satiation. This lasagna will stick to your ribs and warm your heart.
