Longevity Soup

The soup has been changed back to Longevity Soup a customer favorite and will remain the same soup for the month of April. Longevity soup is a dish that is eaten everyday for lunch by families in Sardinia, Italy. It is made with seasonal vegetables and always includes beans and fregula, which is a toasted pebble-size semolina pasta. I’m including fava, cranberry and chickpeas for the beans category and adding yummy fennel, celery and carrots. This soup is the intersection of yummy and healthy.

Serving Instructions: Place in a microwave-safe bowl and heat for 60 seconds. Stir, then heat another 60 seconds or until heated through.  This comes in a deli container.
